Intake Technicians have a crucial responsibility.  They are the first point of contact when our clients need us the most.  The impact is proven with each client interaction, providing phone & email support for all requests.  Along the way you will work with Technicians and Engineers on the team to ensure you will advance within a years' time.

Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials:

  • Excelled in customer service positions: answering phones, emails and interacting with clients throughout an active day
  • Technical aptitude and general experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Industry-specific certification(s) such as A+, Network+, MTA, or HDI Desktop Support Technician. Equivalent college degree may substitute.
  • Natural desire to assist others and problem-solve
  • Made good decisions quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Consistently exceeded customer expectations

This is a full-time (hourly + overtime) position.  Salary is based on your experience, technical aptitude (which we will test in our recruiting process), industry certifications you currently hold, and overall alignment to the needs of our team.
